8 APC Funding & Open Access Overview

The University Library no longer supports individual article/book/book chapter funding. We do support a number of subscription and direct to open initiatives that allow content to become open through our standard subscription support. In addition, we also support read and publish & transformative agreements with a number of journal societies and publishers that include publishing costs within our subscriptions to them. Lastly, PSU authors are encouraged to deposit their manuscripts into the institutional repository, PDXScholar.

The University Library supports and manages the PSU Open Access Publications Policy.
