Using D2L for Remote Learning

As a PSU students, you’ve likely used D2L for classes in prior terms. Since you’ll likely be using it even more thoroughly for remote learning, we have a few tips to share.

  • You may already know that D2L offers an email system which is completely separate from your PDX Gmail. Your instructor may prefer you communicate with them via one system or the other, and this preference is usually mentioned in the syllabus. If you aren’t sure, ask! Learn more about the D2L email system in the OIT D2L Email overview.
  • PSU’s Office of Information Technology maintains a range of how-to guides for common D2L tasks.
  • If you have any technical questions, contact the OIT helpdesk.
